We guarantee that the decant of perfume you purchase from Qué Rico tu Hueles! is genuine, authentic perfume taken from the manufacturer’s bottle and decanted by hand. We, however, cannot guarantee that you will like the perfume. Please research the fragrance brands, notes, and Reviews on sites like Fragrantica and the brand's official website. Find a perfume personality that shares a nose with you and follow their suggestions!

Returns & Refunds: We only accept returns of unopened items. This means we cannot accept returns if the outer packaging or box has been opened. Perfume is highly personal and subjective. Therefore, we cannot provide returns or refunds for products that have been opened and used simply because you did not like the fragrance.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@quericotuheles.com within five days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return in your email.

If your order arrives damaged (for instance, if the bottle is broken or has leaked), take a photo of the damaged item and email it to us at info@quericotuheles.com. Include your order number and details of the damaged bottles in your email. We need to receive this information and the photo within five days of your order delivery.

All returns must be initiated within five days of receiving your order. Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, we will begin the refund process.

 

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable, and the time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.
